Order from these guys for our work bbq lunches and every time had nothing but complements. Kebabs and Lamb Koftas full of flavour and tender, stuff mushrooms (I have been told as not a mushroom fan) are delicious, the filling had right about of seasoning and ingredients. I get my chicken feet for my dogs and the guys pack them into freezable size packs for me. Wide range of sausages, all juicy and again full of flavour. Last but not least, all the guys that work there are fantastic, polite and very helpful.

Absolutely outstanding local butcher! I've been going to The Dublin Butcher in Forestville for about 3 years now and they're easily my favourite butcher. The meat is always top quality: free range, grass fed, and you can really taste the difference. The chicken especially is great because you know it hasn't been pumped full of water like some places. Ian and Luke are always really friendly and helpful. They'll order in stuff for me if they don't have it, and they're happy to cut, dice or butterfly anything exactly how I ask. They've even given me heaps of good tips on cooking, freezing meat so it defrosts easily, and recipe ideas. I also really appreciate that if they get a good deal from their supplier they pass the savings on, like the tallow I got at half price recently. Just a great local butcher that looks after you properly. Highly recommend them!

Wasn't sure how to add another review, so I'm editing/adding to this old one. So... another Noche Buena with Dublin Butcher meat. 5 years on now and always exceptional. I love the service, their skilled butchery, tips & advice, and most especially the excellent products I always get. This time I went with three very large pork necks and a full ham. Thank you to the team! Another Noche Buena with Dublin Butcher pork! Thank you Ian and team. The dinner was such a success. I marinated and then bbq'd the pork necks over 10 hrs. Mmmmm. The hams were so delicious that guests were asking to take some home. I thought I over bought meat, but you were right! I have very little left over. I wish I took a better photo, but here is a snapshot. Merry Christmas!

We were in the area on the weekend, so dropped in and brought selection of different goods and have been eating them over the past few days. Everything has been absolutely DELICIOUS!!!! We live in Inner West, but will be now making trip up to Forestville regularly just for this butcher. Do yourself a favor and check them out!
