Classic Beef Rump Steak with Chimichurri
Ingredients

2 Beef Rump Steaks
-
Olive Oil
-
Salt & Pepper
-
½ cup of Parsley
-
2 cloves of Garlic
-
1 teaspoon of Pepper Flakes
-
2 tablespoon of Red Wine Vinegar
Making Chimichurri Sauce
-
Chop ½ cup of Parsley
-
Mince 2 cloves of Garlic
-
Add 1 Teaspoon of Red Pepper Flakes
-
Add ¼ cup of Olive Oil
-
Add 2 tablespoons of Red Wine Vinegar
-
Mix well
Instructions for Cooking Steaks & Serving

Season steaks with salt, pepper & olive oil
-
Grill over high heat for 3–4 minutes per side (to get medium-rare)

Let rest for 5 minutes, then serve with chimichurri sauce.
Herb-Crusted Beef Rump Steak Salad
Ingredients

1 Beef Rump Steak
-
1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
-
1 teaspoon of Dried Oregano
-
1 teaspoon of Thyme
-
2 cups of Rocket
-
½ Cherry Tomatoes
-
1 tablespoon of Balsamic Glaze
Making Salad
-
Chop ½ cup of Cherry Tomatoes (halved)

Wash & dry 2 cups of Rocket
-
Place chopped tomatoes and rocket on a plate and cover in Balsamic Glaze
Instructions for Cooking Steaks & Serving

Coat the steak in olive oil, oregano, and thyme.

Grill for 3 minutes per side (medium-rare), then let rest.

Slice and serve over rocket and tomatoes with balsamic glaze.
