Sticky Honey Soy Chicken Drumsticks
Ingredients

6 Chicken Drumsticks
-
¼ cup of Soy Sauce
-
2 tablespoon of Honey
-
2 cloves of Garlic
-
1 tablespoon of Sesame Seeds
Prepping Glaze
-
Mince 2 cloves of Garlic
-
Add garlic, honey, soy sauce to a bowl
-
This will be used to glaze and baste the Chicken
Instructions for Marinating & Cooking Drumsticks

Marinate the chicken in glaze for 30 minutes
-
Ensure the chicken is well coated in the mixture
-
Bake at 200°C for 35-40 minutes
-
Baste with the sauce at regular intervals
-
Garnish with sesame seeds before serving
Creamy Garlic Butter Chicken Thighs
Ingredients

4 Chicken Thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
-
2 tablespoon of Butter
-
4 cloves of Garlic
-
1 cup of Cream
-
½ cup of Chicken Stock
-
Salt & Pepper
Making the Creamy Garlic Butter
-
Mince 4 cloves of Garlic
-
Measure out butter, cream and stock
Instructions for Cooking Chicken Thighs

Pat Chicken Thighs dry with paper towe, season generously with salt and pepper

Heat Olive oil in a large skillet or pan over medium-high heat

Place the Chicken skin-side down and sear for 4-5 minutes, until golden brown or crispy

Flip and cook the other side for 2-3 minutes, remove chicken and set aside

In the same pan, reduce heat to medium, add butter and let it melt
-
Stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant (30 seconds)
-
Pour in Chicken Stock - return the Chicken Thighs to pan
-
Cover and let simmer for 15 minutes, allowing flavours to envelope

Stir in Cream and mix well to create a creamy butter sauce
-
Simmer for another 5 minutes - or until sauce thickens

Garnish with Parsley or Thyme before servicing

Best to serve with mashed potatoes, rice or bread
