Garlic & Rosemary Grilled Lamb Chops
Ingredients

4 Lamb Chops
-
3 Cloves of Garlic
-
Salt & Pepper
-
Olive Oil
-
Lemon Juice
Prepping Garlic & Rosemary Marinade
-
Mince 3 cloves of Garlic
-
Chop 2 tablespoon of fresh Rosemary
-
Add Garlic, Rosemary to a bowl
-
Add 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
-
Add 1 tablespoon of Lemon juice
-
Add Salt & Pepper
Instructions for Marinating & Cooking Lamb Chops
-
Mix Garlic, Rosemary, Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper & Lemon Juice in bowl well
-
Coat the Lamb Chops and let them marinate for 30 minutes
-
Grill the Lamb Chops over a medium heat for 4-5 minutes per side
-
Rest for 5 minutes before serving
Slow-Roasted Herb-Crusted Lamb Leg
Ingredients

1 Lamb Leg (Bone-in or Boneless)
-
4 Cloves of Garlic
-
2 tablespoon of Dijon Mustard
-
2 tablespoon of Olive Oil
-
1 tablespoon of fresh Thyme
-
1 tablespoon of fresh Rosemary
-
Salt & Pepper
Making the Herb Crust
-
Mince 4 cloves of Garlic
-
Chop 1 tablespoon of fresh Thyme
-
Chop 1 tablespoon of fresh Rosemary
-
Add into a bowl along with 2 tablespoon of Dijon Mustard
-
Add 2 tablespoon of Olive Oil
-
Add Salt & Pepper
Instructions for Rub & Cooking Lamb Leg
-
Preheat over to 160°C
-
Rub the lamb leg with the herb crust, making sure to mix it in well
-
Place lamb leg in a roasting tray and cook for 3-4 hours
-
Remember to baste occassionally with the remaining herb crust mix
-
Let it rest for 15 minutes before carving
-
Best served with gravy and roasted vegetables
