Crispy Roasted Boneless Pork Belly

Ingredients

  • 1 kg of Boneless Pork Belly

  • 2 tablespoon of Coarse Salt

  • 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil

  • 1 tablespoon of five spice (optional)

Instructions for  Cooking Crispy Pork Belly

  1. Score the Pork skin and rub with Salt, Olive Oil and Five Spices

  2. Roast at 220°C for 30 minutes

  3. Reduce to 180°C for 2 hours

  4. Increase heat for the last 15 minutes to crisp the crackling

  5. Best served with Apple Sauce & Roasted Potatoes

Smoky BBQ
USA Pork Ribs

Ingredients

  • 1 rack of USA Pork Ribs

  • 1 cup of BBQ Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon of Smoked Paprika

  • 1 teaspoon of Garlic Powder

  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions for Cooking Pork Ribs

  1. Pat Ribs down with paper towel to remove moisture

  2. Rub Ribs with Paprika, Garlic Powder

  3. Season with Salt & Pepper

  4. Slow cook in the oven at 150°C for 3 hours

  5. Brush with BBQ sauce glaze and grill for 10 minutes

Sticky Asian Glazed Pork Belly Bites

Ingredients

  • 500 g of Boneless Pork Belly (cubed)

  • ¼ cup of Soy Sauce

  • 2 tablespoon of Honey

  • 1 tablespoon of Sriracha

  • 1 teaspoon of Sesame Oil

Instructions for  Cooking Pork Belly Bites

  1. Mix Soy Sauce, Honey, Sriracha and Sesame Oil in a bowl

  2. Pan-fry Pork Belly until Crispy

  3. Toss Crispy Pork through the sauce

  4. Cook until sticky

  5. Top off with some sesame seeds

  6. Best served as appetiser or with rice bowl
