Crispy Roasted Boneless Pork Belly
Ingredients

1 kg of Boneless Pork Belly
-
2 tablespoon of Coarse Salt
-
1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
-
1 tablespoon of five spice (optional)
Instructions for Cooking Crispy Pork Belly

Score the Pork skin and rub with Salt, Olive Oil and Five Spices
-
Roast at 220°C for 30 minutes
-
Reduce to 180°C for 2 hours
-
Increase heat for the last 15 minutes to crisp the crackling
-
Best served with Apple Sauce & Roasted Potatoes
Smoky BBQ
USA Pork Ribs
Ingredients

1 rack of USA Pork Ribs
-
1 cup of BBQ Sauce
-
1 tablespoon of Smoked Paprika
-
1 teaspoon of Garlic Powder
-
Salt & Pepper
Instructions for Cooking Pork Ribs
-
Pat Ribs down with paper towel to remove moisture
-
Rub Ribs with Paprika, Garlic Powder
-
Season with Salt & Pepper
-
Slow cook in the oven at 150°C for 3 hours
-
Brush with BBQ sauce glaze and grill for 10 minutes


Sticky Asian Glazed Pork Belly Bites
Ingredients

500 g of Boneless Pork Belly (cubed)
-
¼ cup of Soy Sauce
-
2 tablespoon of Honey
-
1 tablespoon of Sriracha
-
1 teaspoon of Sesame Oil
Instructions for Cooking Pork Belly Bites

Mix Soy Sauce, Honey, Sriracha and Sesame Oil in a bowl
-
Pan-fry Pork Belly until Crispy
-
Toss Crispy Pork through the sauce
-
Cook until sticky
-
Top off with some sesame seeds
-
Best served as appetiser or with rice bowl
